The Ohio Valley Region (“OVR”) is a regional chapter of the Sports Car Club of America (“SCCA”), which is a national member-driven organization of motor sports enthusiasts. It is the Ohio Valley Region’s (OVR) of the SCCA to satisfy a driver’s need for speed through organizing a culture of motorsport enthusiasts with high intensity racing, precision driving, and vehicle control learning experiences in a safe and legal manner.
